iLinc Gives You Unlimited Multi-Point Video - Use It!

As an online meeting attendee, your ability to see and interact with all of the session participants—and not just the session leader—is crucial to having a web meeting that is as close as possible to an in-person gathering.

With a video functionality that is simple to use and the ability to display unlimited videos of online meeting participants at the same time, iLinc’s products take virtual meetings to the next level. And yes, we said “unlimited”—even if 1,000+ people are logged onto a session, video feeds of all of those people can be displayed in the iLinc interface.

Take full advantage of this functionality! Seeing everyone who is participating in a web conference makes the experience for everyone involved more personal and collaborative.

Let me give you a few easy steps to change the layout view to display multi-point video:

1. Locate the Attendees panel within the application (top section of the left hand side of the application)

2. Click the “undock” button, which is the right most button in the panel’s title bar

3. The Attendees panel now changes to display across the top width of the application’s window and displays the image area for each person in your session.

4. Each person that is currently sharing their video will include a camera button to the right of their name. To see any person’s specific video, locate that person and click the camera button.

5. The video will now display for the selected people

If you are the leader or floor holder, you also have the power to change all participants’ views to see unlimited video. Simply locate the Attendees panel within the application, click the panel’s “menu” button, which is to the left of the “undock” button, and select “Undock for All.”

If you are not an iLinc customer, I invite you to check out our multi-point video functionality for yourself. Sign up for a free web conferencing trial today.
