iLinc web and video conferencing’s first virtual conference, iGreen, concluded yesterday and it was a huge success. Our attendees came from a variety of industries including education, technology, financial services and consumer products. The speakers all did a phenomenal job, offering attendees best practices for collaborating and communicating online.
Some session highlights:
- Jennifer Hofmann of InSync Training keeping the trainers who attended on their toes—and proving that a virtual classroom can be engaging
- Brent Leary of CRM Essentials spreading the social media gospel: companies can build and better manage relationships with their customers using tools like Facebook and Twitter
